This series of photographs seeks to capture a mood:  depression and a sense of isolation.  Taken from inside moving vehicles, the series chronicles a state of mind through the external weather conditions in an urban landscape.  Glimpses of light penetrate the darkness.  The prevailing mood is one of sadness.

Through this series, Amelia hopes to create real emotion in the viewing public so that there is a genuine sense of empathy, rather than just acknowledgement.
